A most excellent question and the answer is one that I have been working on for a few decades. Being in and connecting with Nature is the number one way that I restore balance in my life. Now, living in the New York city, nature may not seem easily accessible. A few simple things that I do to access nature in the city are to open a window, breath in fresh air, looking at the weather outside, is it sunny? raining? snowing? a grey day? Also going for a walk and drinking in the trees, sometimes even stopping to touch a tree or plant helps. As far as being indoors, I add things like a salt lamp, water fountain, crystals and plants to my environment to help bring a bit of nature to me.
As far as maintaining a higher frequency, I again turn to nature and being a massage therapist and crystal healer, crystals are one of my favorite resources from nature. Crystals maintain their dominant oscillatory rate much better than we humans do. I try to avoid negative people, movies and other negative sources of media…. what we take in programs us and lowers our frequency.
