Every object on this Earth, both living and inanimate, has a frequency. Even the Earth itself, and all the cosmos, vibrate the same energy force that we do. Our frequency changes daily, hourly, and even by the second, and we are performing at our best when we are vibrating at a high frequency. It’s a difficult thing to control, but some have figured out a way to maintain a high and powerful frequency, even in the face of anguish and adversity.
To our community, what are some ways you’ve been able to maintain your balance of energy? What are some techniques you use to protect your life force energy from negative frequencies that enter our energy field? What are some of the daily, weekly, and monthly habits that you employ to sustain your life force energy?

A most excellent question and the answer is one that I have been working on for a few decades. Being in and connecting with Nature is the number one way that I restore balance in my life. Now, living in the New York city, nature may not seem easily accessible. A few simple things that I do to access nature in the city are to open a window, breath in fresh air, looking at the weather outside, is it sunny? raining? snowing? a grey day? Also going for a walk and drinking in the trees, sometimes even stopping to touch a tree or plant helps. As far as being indoors, I add things like a salt lamp, water fountain, crystals and plants to my environment to help bring a bit of nature to me.
As far as maintaining a higher frequency, I again turn to nature and being a massage therapist and crystal healer, crystals are one of my favorite resources from nature. Crystals maintain their dominant oscillatory rate much better than we humans do. I try to avoid negative people, movies and other negative sources of media…. what we take in programs us and lowers our frequency.How about you?
