Learning to Love Yourself
Love yourself —accept yourself—forgive yourself—and be good to yourself, because without you the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things.” ~Leo F. Buscaglia
How much do you love who you are? How much beauty do you see within you?
WE ARE ALL beautiful children, shining our freedom, walking into life’s journey. We love ourselves, navigating through life, exploring and discovering each day.
BELIEVING that we love ourselves and deserve love is a vital component of our closer relationship with ourselves as it enables us to participate in intimate exchanges without experiencing the fear of vulnerability.
While LOVING ourselves we delight in the devotion of our loved ones and take real pleasure in the affection with which they interact with us. We can give affection in return, because we understand that all people are deserving of love. Loving ourselves enough will transform our life. Every event, every outcome becomes an expression of love. We feel amazingly good, become charge of our life, learn to manifest more positive realities with abundance, peace, equality and happiness.
LEARNING to love ourselves despite our faults, weaknesses, habits and mistakes is a powerful means for healing. We start to transform any feelings of isolation and loneliness, mistrust, misunderstandings and competition.
WE HAVE come together, as humanity, created and chosen this life and our experiences as an opportunity to take our next step towards spiritual freedom from fear. Creating a deeper connection with our inner self we realize that there is no greater love than self-love.
WHEN we discover the reality of loving ourselves, we will feel secure and peaceful in all situations and we will start to focus in our potential.
Our energy will then be diverted from fear, resentment and anger towards seeking solutions personally and collectively. We will be much more effective in creating the security, abundance and happiness and success we seek.
LOVE is who we are at the core of our being. We are an integral part of creation, woven into the very fabric of the universe. We are hardwired to know how to love OURSELVES, all we need do is tap into our nature of being human at a deeper level.
I ASK MYSELF “Why does loving myself seem to be so elusive? To find the depth of love is to go within, to begin to experience the very source of love. This source of love does not fluctuate up and down, it is not dependent on my fickle minds’ thoughts and doubts or how others choose to see me,but simply it depends as to how much I see and love myself.
